Payment Options

Students can view and print their account summary by logging in to “My Account”.  No statements will be mailed. Students who have been approved for financial aid by the Financial Aid Office will see authorized aid on their statements. If the authorized aid equals or exceeds the tuition and fee charges, the student will not be required to make a payment at that time. If the tuition and fee charges exceed the amount of authorized aid, the balance is due no later than the first day of the semester. Classes beginning in the second eight week period of the semester are also considered due the first day of the semester. If there is a change in your financial aid status after the term has started, payment for any balance is due immediately. Any charge assessed after financial aid has been disbursed is due immediately.

If registration occurs after the start of the term, payment is due immediately. Students may pay on-line using a credit/debit card.  Northeast Community College accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Students may use a credit/debit card to pay by telephone. Please call the Northeast Community College Accounts Receivable Services at (402) 844-7001. Any credit/debit card payment made via the telephone will not be reflected on the student’s account until the next business day.

Students may send their payment by mail. Students who choose to mail their payments should allow sufficient time for their payment to reach Accounts Receivable Services by the due date.
