How to Get Your User ID and PIN for My Northeast

Current Students

User ID - If you have a Student ID for HawkNet, add a number one (1) to the beginning of your HawkNet Student ID when logging into My Northeast.

PIN – Your preset PIN for My Northeast consists of eight alpha/numeric characters. Use the following formula to determine your unique PIN:

First initial of your first name (uppercase); first initial of your last name (uppercase), last four digits of your social security number, two digits for your birth month. Example: FL123401

For security purposes, once you are logged into the system, you will be asked to select a new PIN and will need to answer security questions after your first login to the new system.

New Students

Please select "Login to My Northeast"; select "Apply for Admissions"; and select "First time user account creation." If you have already created an account and cannot log in, call 402-844-7731 for assistance, or email registrationhelp@northeast.edu.

Need to change your Contact Information?

Due to Northeast Community College's conversion to a new database system, changes to your personal information, such as address, phone number, email address, etc., cannot be made online until August. Please call 402-844-7260 or stop by the Admissions office in the College Welcome Center to make these changes. We apologize for this inconvenience.

HawkNet Hours

HawkNet is not available during the following hours:

Monday thru Thursday 9:00 p.m – 2:00 a.m.
Friday 5:00 p.m – 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon (if needed for Maintenance)
