Northeast’s campus covers a lot of ground…771 acres to be exact. Nineteen buildings situated at the northeast edge of Norfolk are where much of the action takes place. The campus also includes a farm that consists of 566 acres. All programs and services are available at the campus. We also have on-campus housing and many activities so you can have a great college experience.

NORFOLK - Registration for spring 2014 classes at Northeast Community College remains open through the first day of classes on Monday, January 13. Returning students may register weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. or online at www.northeast.edu through their My Northeast account.

NORFOLK – The Northeast Community College men’s basketball team used sharp shooting in overpowering the Dordt College Junior Varsity in a 97-61 win here Tuesday night. The Hawks shot 57 percent from the field and forced 17 Defender turnovers in the win. Northeast is now 7-3 on the season.

NORFOLK – A Northeast Community College student has earned a scholarship through Grainger, the leading board line supplier of maintenance, repair, and operating products serving institutions and business. The Tools for Tomorrow Scholarship Program is designed to promote the innovation and importance of careers in the industrial skilled trades. Steven Carlson, Norfolk, a student in Northeast’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) program is one of 129 students at 70 community colleges in the United States to receive a $2,000 scholarship targeted to U.S. Armed Forces veterans. Upon graduation, each student also receives a customized Westward® toolkit from Grainger to jump start their career.
