The Student Nurses Association (SNA) donated $1,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as part of the 15th Annual US 92 St. Jude Radiothon.

  • Hawks Men Beat Iowa Western; Advance to Region XI Championship

With the victory, the Hawks (25-6) advance to the Region XI Championship game this weekend.

  • Northeast Falls to Indian Hills; Regional Tournament Next

    by jamesc  2/22/2015 8:09:29 PM --  NORFOLK – The Indian Hills Community College men’s basketball team avenged its only home loss this season here Saturday. The #9 Warriors defeated #23 Northeast Community College before a capacity crowd, 109-105. The Hawks end the regular season 26-4.

  • Ninety Employers Expected at Northeast Job Fair

Representatives from up to 90 companies, agencies and organizations will take part in the event on Wednesday, March 18, from 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m., in the Cox Activities Center gymnasium.

Chima Moneke has been named Division I Player of the Week by both the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) while Janea Bunn has been named Division I ICCAC Player of the Week for the week February 9-15.

The Hawks (23-5) will face Indian Hills Community College of Ottumwa, IA, on Saturday, February 21, in the Cox Activities Center on the Norfolk campus. Tip-off is at 7 p.m.

  • Acappela Group Performs at Northeast
