Commit to Complete

by jamesc  2/21/2014 10:25:12 AM --  Glen Lammers, wind energy instructor at Northeast Community College in Norfolk, watches students sign pledge cards to complete their community college education. Members of Northeast’s Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Tau Chi Chapter and other students signed the Community College Completion Corps (C4) Campaign pledge cards and banner.

The C4 campaign is sponsored by PTK, an honor society of two-year colleges with 250,000 members across the world. Those who take part in the C4 Campaign pledge to complete their associate degrees or certificates before leaving community college for transfer or to enter the job market.  The signing was part of a tailgate party prior to this week’s men’s and women’s basketball games between Northeast and Central Community College – Columbus.
