The Northeast Service Center provides assistance and support to all Northeast students, faculty and staff. The Service Center is staffed with specially trained staff and students who are committed to providing the highest level of service to meet your needs.

Hours of operation:

The Service Center is available during the Fall and Spring Monday – Thursday from 7 am until 10 pm; Friday 7 am until 5 pm; and Sunday from 1 pm until 9 pm. Requests for assistance are accepted 24/7 and will be addressed during regular business hours.

Service Center Summer Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
