Qualifications:
- Must be full time with preference given to students majoring in a business field of study, attending the College Center in South Sioux City
- Must have a GPA of 3.0
- Must show financial need
Adult Education for freshmen and sophomores
Qualifications:
- Must have completed more than 12 hours of instruction in the Adult Education Program
- Preference given to students with a G.E.D. test average score of 50 or better (if test was taken prior to the year 2002) or 500 or better (if the test was taken after 2002)
- Must show financial need
Affiliated Foods Midwest for Freshmen and Sophomores
Qualifications:
- Must be an employee of Affiliated Foods or a dependent of an Affiliated Foods employee
- Must be enrolled or continuing in any regular degree program at Northeast Community College
- Must maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
- Financial need is considered
American Association of Women in Community Colleges for freshmen and sophomores
Qualifications:
- Must be a current student , enrolled in at least 6 credit hours in any program of study
- Must have a 3.0 GPA
- Must show financial need

- Must be a graduate of Hartington Public, School District #8 of Cedar County, or Cedar Catholic High School of Hartington

Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Northeast’s 20-county service area
- Must be at sophomore status (28 hours or above) attending at least half time
- Must have a GPA of 3.0
Connie Day Memorial for Freshmen and Sophomores
Qualifications:
- Must be single parent, male or female, living in the Northeast Community College 20-county service area
- Must be seeking a two-year associate degree
- Must show financial need

- Incoming freshman who have graduated from one of the following high schools: Norfolk, Lutheran High Northeast, Battle Creek, Humphrey St. Francis, Elkhorn Valley, Newman Grove, Randolph, Osmond, or Plainview

LaRayne McIntosh Horn Memorial for Freshmen and Sophomores
Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Northeast's 20-county service area and a U.S. citizen
- Must be enrolled at least half-time

- Must be a second semester freshman or sophomore earning a degree, certificate or diploma
- Must have a minimum GPA 2.5
- Must reside in Northeast's 20-county service area

- Full or part-time students actively seeking a degree, diploma or certificate primarily through continuing education/distance learning courses

Qualifications:
- Must be at a sophomore level
- Must be an international or foreign student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must demonstrate leadership interest by serving on the Northeast Student Government Association, Student Activities Council as a Multicultural Club officer, a Student Ambassador, a Resident Assistant, or through strong participation in multiple Northeast organizations and events
- Must show financial need, as determined by the International Student Advisor, or the FAFSA, if available
