Through classroom instruction and hands-on lab experiences, you will learn the basic safety, electrical/mechanical and computer skills intended to prepare you for machine operation and simple repair in a wide variety of manufacturing environments. Our instructors have worked in the field and will provide you with real world experience.
You’ll learn basic safety, electrical/mechanical and computer skills. When you graduate you will be capable of machine operation and simple repair in a wide variety of manufacturing environments.
As an industrial technician you will work in a wide variety of manufacturing industries. You will be able to find employment as an Entry level Maintenance Technician, Automated Machine Operator, or CNC Machine Tool Operator.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, the average salary for industrial technician is $22.48 hourly or $46,760 annually.
