An introduction to all types of yoga including: Hatha, Jnana, Karma, and Bakti with an emphasis on Raja. The student will gain physical flexibility, respiration control and control of the mind functions. Anatomy and physiology will be covered in respect to function of the nervous system as it affects all of the bodily functions. Students may register twice for this class.
