You can take training in food service/dietary management. Note that not all courses for each program can be offered every semester.

You will need to successfully complete a minimum of 9.5 Credit Hours.

Includes basic nutrition, principles of diet therapy and nutritional assessment, and menu planning for the Dietary Manager.

Includes sanitation and safety.

Includes purchasing, equipment selection, costing and records.
