If you’re interested in employment in a law or government office, consider the legal administrative assistant program. You will receive basic instruction in essential administrative assistant courses with special training for the duties of a legal assistant. Upon completion of your Northeast studies, you’ll be qualified for entry-level work in a private legal office or for a municipal, state, or federal government agency.

If you choose the Associate of Applied Science degree concentration, you will gain on-the-job experience through a cooperative internship.
